Google Pay™

Google Pay is supported on the InterPay payment gateway at no extra charge.
With Google Pay, customers can complete purchases using the credit or debit cards saved to their Google account. This enables a faster and more seamless checkout experience, whether they are shopping on Android devices or through a web browser. When paying via Google Pay in mobile apps or on websites, a secure payment sheet is displayed, allowing customers to choose their preferred card and confirm the transaction quickly and conveniently.

Supported networks:

Our integration supports the following card networks:
  1. mada (PAN_ONLY is universally supported, whereas CRYPTOGRAM_3DS support depends on the issuing bank)
  2. MASTERCARD
  3. VISA

To Enable Google Pay™ as Payment Method please follow below steps,

  1. Enable Google Pay option from merchant configuration section

  2. Accept Google Pay APIs Acceptable Use Policy and Google Pay API Terms of Service.

  3. Interpay supports two authorization methods for Google Pay
    1. PAN_ONLY: Payment uses the plain card number for authorization.
    2. CRYPTOGRAM_3DS: Instead of sending the raw card number, the payment is authorized via a cryptographic token that proves the cardholder has passed the 3D Secure authentication.
    Merchants can enable or manage 3D Secure (step-up authentication) for PAN_ONLY credentials using checkbox as shown in image

  4. Save options using Submit button
